It seems to fix Windows Live Mail for me. I thought others might have the same issue that's why I posted it.
I use a Live Hotmail account, one from my ISP, and a G-mail account that I have linked all through Live Mail. Now Windows 7 can communicate with a Vista and an XP computer.
Helps me since I dual-boot Vista SP2 and Windows 7.
Anyone with a Windows Live ID and or Microsoft NET Passport linked to anything could be helped with this (I believe).
