Source -Microsoft is going on the offensive against Google, accusing the search giant of creating a browser that does not respect user privacy. The company posted a video, embedded below, on TechNet Edge with the following description: "Watch a demo on how Google Chrome collects every keystroke you make and how Internet Explorer 8 keeps your information private through two address bars and In Private browsing."

doesnt suprise me.... everyone knows google probably knows just about everything you do online at any one point, thank god for greasemonkey and adblock on FF is all i can say,
Don't use Google products. Have always thought of them as just a little pushy (not really sure why). Back in the early 2000's (around 2002-2004) Google give people a chances to opt out of Google's search engine which I did at the time. Just ran a Google search on myself, and there is still no information on the internet through Google at this time.
So you're not the attorney on North Whitley Drive?Just ran a Google search on myself, and there is still no information on the internet through Google at this time.
I think that worrying about Cloud Computing and whether the cloud is secure is missing the point - the point is, your data (docs, spreadsheets, whatever) is not on a machine in your direct control. If I'm typing a letter saying "Thank you for your business," then I'm not worried about The Cloud. If I'm keeping financial records of a business which may or may not go public in the near future, then I want to be sure that those records stay on this network, in this building, and noplace else.
I'm always a bit amazed when reading some members comments about how happy they are with Chrome. I sort of understood it once, when it was so much faster than other browsers, but that is no longer true. I guess that I can't be too snotty about it, because I still haven't weaned myself from GMail.
