By my count, about 400 have completed downloading via the torrent; yet, there are less than 10 currently seeding. Pitiful.

This is a special event that happens only once in about three years.
When installing you can select English, French, German, Spanish and Italian I believe. You can also select various types but the default is Ultimate.
