Am I misinterpreting the numbers? When it says "11(573)" does that not mean there are 11 complete and 573 partial?

When I first connected, it as 1(8). It rapidly changed to 1(200+). Eventually, more than an hour later, the "1" began changing, first to "2", then "3", etc. By the end of the second hour, the parenthetical number was often approaching 1000. The first number got as high as 80 or so. It's been a down-hill slide ever since. At the moment, 12(552).

woodyard i wouldnt mind speeds like that mine maxs out at just over 100kB,although i am waiting on an upgrade from my isp.
by the way my upload has been maxed out on the x64 for over an hour now since it completed.

A ha! Gotcha. But doesn't that still imply that the 11 are supplying practically everyone (I realize that peers are also cross-feeding each other). Those 573 have left the system, even if their completed signature remains behind. It seems patently unfair to "eat and run."
