is it illegal if i download and use rc 7100

If you use a legally obtained beta key and activate Windows with it, then, it's legal.

It was planned by Microsoft to make build 7100 RC available with serials anyway. So, no problems

Thats what bothers me about this build. RC is supposedly has its own serials..everyone that signed up for windows 7 beta gets the exact same keys..tells me this is not RC1. Theres like 10 beta keys. supposedly will be millions of RC keys

Im downloading (almost 5hrs.)from bay and speed is too slow 25kb/s max. and now i see torrent deleted from the site too...so what i gonna do now continue downloading or cancel try to download from D'oid..Im littlebit worried if this one stuck after 70-80%

The problem with that is that leakers don't upload the files to RS or MU...it's so much easier to make and seed a torrent than to wait 12 hours for a 3GB iso split into 200MB parts to upload to a file site.

By the time the files are up on RS or MU, hundreds of torrent users already have it, so the torrent speeds are usually about the same as I get off of Rapidshare.

Quit using RS and MU where you have a size limit. Use DropBox (getdropbox.com) no limits to upload or download besides a 2GB starter capacity that's easily boosted to 5GB and file hosting in the uberfast Amazon S3 cloud. Also has a shell extension for uploads so you can download your torrent directly into it.

Got my doubts too.

Of course it is a legit build, no doubt about it. But why would Beta keys work when it was said there would be RC keys? When I got my Beta keys I thought they were so special and sacred....Until I seen them plastered all over the internet lol..and everyone that signed up got the same ones too. It is obvious to me that the Official RC1 will have new keys..and more abundance, so I still stand to say there is a different RC build. And like I posted earlier the file says 7100.0.090421-1700_x86fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULFRER_EN_DVD" , but the digital signature shows the day after..dunno. I'll stick with I dont think we all have "The One We've Been Waiting For"
