If you want to improve torrent speed, you can download the following program to increase the half-open connection of your OS:

http://half-open.com/home_en.htm

and then allow your torrent client program to use more connections (for example uTorrent):

Allowing the client to use max number of connections results unable to surf web. For me, the limit is 255 and the allowed limit for the client is 150

After all these, I got the download speed for this Windows 7 7100 at 3.0 megaByte/s
One more important thing is not to let your upload speed go too high

im sure someone on here posted about that the builds are labeled like that ie the signature is a day later

hi, i updated from 7077. i was just wondering if someone made a clean install and could tell me if it would be possible to select different languages at the installation?

One more important thing is not to let your upload speed go too high

If you're already running 7077 the limit is preset to 120 so don't bother.

Oh...I have no idea about that...but I mean the problem is the client settings. You need to set a new limit manually to make it work
