When seeing the "evaluation copy" watermark you know there it is the untested evalution builds being provided to 3rd party software developers and not the pretested release that will be given out publicly after extensive bug reporting and fixes have been applied. The 7000 went through extensive testing by the regular MS testers prior to being released in January.

The changes between the different builds now out of beta to escrow should be noticed with a bit more stability. The public RC will still see more testing however by those who continue to submit any further bugs before the RTM can be released for any of those "last minute" corrections. Now to see what watermark will be present on the May day event!
