A while back Microsoft released a limited version of the Windows Phone 7 binaries for developers, but shortly thereafter someone opened them up to explore their content. Microsoft has release an updated set of Windows7 phone tools for developers to help them get closer to providing appls on the maketplace. but in no time all that was release was also unlocked.
