    Visual Studio 2010 Captions Language Interface Packs (CLIP) Drop This Summer.
    For a variety of languages

    April 2010’s RTM marked just a new stage in the development process of Visual Studio 2010, as far as Microsoft is concerned. Sure enough, the company is now focusing on other areas besides code, but consistent efforts are in full swing to tailor VS2010 RTM offerings to customers in specific markets around the world. Specifically, Microsoft is laboring to localize the successor of Visual Studio 2010 in a number of languages. However, for customers in countries and regions that will not be getting a localized version of Visual Studio 2010, the software giant is cooking Captions Language Interface Packs (CLIP).

    This summer, we will release a Captions Language Interface Pack (CLIP) for Visual Studio 2010 in 10 additional languages. CLIP is a free tool that displays translations in a tooltip and discrete dialog, as the user moves the cursor on top of the various user interface elements,” S. Somasegar, senior vice president, Developer Division, revealed.

Hi all Just some advice needed by anybody working with International Organisations Windows 7 is fine for adding a lot of languages. Office 2007 also has all the languages we use but rolling out W7 with Office 2010 seems the best bet --however the lack of quite a few languages in Office 2010...

Now that it's out, if it worth bothering with when compared to 2008? Has it got any new asp.net features or anything else that makes it having along side Visual Studio 2008?

I see on Brazillian site, caled baboo.com.br they use LIP PT_BR on Windows 7 RC. WHERE I DOWNLOAD THIS...please MP for me... And, beucase my thread about XP MOD are deleted ??? i put all locations for download of files and how to config. Thx
Building on the first public Beta milestones of the next iterations of Windows client and server operating system, Microsoft has made available for download the Language Interface Packs for the current releases of Windows 7. The Redmond company is offering Windows 7 Beta (7000-0-081212-1400)...
