My Toshiba has a button on it that activates "Eco Mode", which turns off Aero. So basically, I have an "Exploit On/Off" switch

Glad it doesn't affect me. Running a 32 bit system without Aero capability. XD

I can't imagine using Aero... I've never seen it live.

    ???

The 32-bit versions run Aero as well. However Windows 7 Home Basic doesn't. Did you mean to say you have Home Basic?

You could be right but he said - "Running a 32 bit system without Aero capability."

I in fact do not have the right hardware. My graphics card was released in early 2003, so.... :)

Once you get used to the Aero front-end it gets hard to look at the standard interface any more. It's really pretty slick.

Agreed. Using a pre-Vista Windows UI seems so...out of sorts now.

If I couldn't use Aero or didn't like it, I would not use the standard theme; I would use classic. Standard without Aero is ugly.
