    What I like is the independent evaluation and comparison of various AV software. MS shows up as the best of the free av software and better than nearly all not-free av software.

    it may be good but i am geting pig sick of essentials keep telling me both my xp and win7 might not be legal and go on line to fix it its about time they fixed this bug

    It's not a bug. I suggest you go to the site they recommend. Many people have purchased what they thought was a legal copy of Windows.
