This is good. And the new GUI is excellent, goes a lot better with Windows 7. Firefox is getting better and better :)

EDIT: I just noticed that by installing this beta I lost the menubar from the non beta version.

Yes it can be turned back on. But it affects also the beta version, but I think there should be separated settings in beta and in non-beta.

In beta it looks good without the menu bar and in non-beta it looks stupid without it.

It has to do with your firefox account, anything you change in either version will affect the other. So if a addon isnt compatible and gets turned off in one it will be off on the other until you enable it.

    Account? Do you mean profile?

But it is just stupid from Firefox. If something works in 3.6.8 and does not work in beta it gets turned off in 3.6.8 too. Doesn't make sense to me.

If this has really something to do with profiles, does someone know if it is possible to create separate profiles for beta(menubar off) and 3.6.8(menubar on)?

I really like the new version. Gotta love it.
Yeah, in my opinion, it looks like Chrome.
But beta version loads a little bit longer when I open it.

Better stick to Firefox 3.6.6 and wait for its final release.

If I were you I would go with the nightly builds, they are more upto date than the beta ones. I dont know how often they update those ones.

It's complete crap. I does not show the menu bar at all. Even with it enabled. Then I made the mistake of removing the navigation bar with the menu bar enabled which means there is no orange menu either. I can't find an area to click on that gives me the option to put them back so I have a browser that cant navigate at all. And I have no menus or options. Removing it gives me the same thing now on my old version.
