Although I don't use the Apps store, I changed my password JUST IN CASE. Well, I do, but luckly, none was messed up. Still, I change both of my passwords. Hope I can still remember those, my passwords are getting harder than what they were 15 years ago :/

Just this morning we had our account hacked and had over $900 charged to our account through iTunes. When I called them about it they said they couldn't help over the phone unless I paid $69.00 for the extended care. Why on earth would I pay 69 bucks to a company I am trying to get $900 back from. So To send a complaint to them I have to do it via e-mail, which can take up to 48 hours for a responce. Our bank is working hard to correct the issue but I want you all to be aware of this shady practice and keep your info locked down!!

I wouldn't crow TOO much till more facts are known, this could be the result of PCs being infected with password sniffers as opposed to the web site itself being hacked for the passwords. :/ | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Scratch built OS Windows 7 x64 Ultimate CPU i7 960 Motherboard Asus P6X58D Memory 12 Gig Corsair Dominator Graphics Card Nvidia 480 Sound Card Maudio Delta 44 + breakout box Monitor(s) Displays Dell UltraSharp U2410 24in and Samsung 21 dual monitors Screen Resolution 1920x1200 and 1280x1024 Keyboard Logitech G15 + N52 game pad Mouse Logitech MX518 PSU Corasair TX850 Case Cooler Master HAF Cooling Corsair H50 Hard Drives Primary: Intel X-25M G2 160G SSD

I am more upset about the fact that I can't even dispute the charges over the phone with them, unless I pay for the Apple extened coverage. What kind of buisness is that. Instead I need to e-mail them and wait up to 2 days for a responce. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Dimension E521 OS Windows 8, Ubuntu 12.04 64bit, Pear Linux Triple Boot CPU AMD AthlonTM 64 X2 dual-core Memory 3 GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 4350 1GB Sound Card M-Audio Mobile Pre USB External Monitor(s) Displays Acer 1916W x2 Screen Resolution 1440X900 Keyboard Dell PSU 300 Watt Hard Drives 250 GB internal main, 500 GB internal backup, 1TB External iTunes App Store and accounts hacked problems?
