This..... When Apple gets a taste of what Windows users have to deal with.

Although I don't use the Apps store, I changed my password JUST IN CASE.

My first thought, on seeing the thread title, was ,"So much for their so-called 'so secure you don't need AV' reputation."

Well, I do, but luckly, none was messed up. Still, I change both of my passwords. Hope I can still remember those, my passwords are getting harder than what they were 15 years ago :/

Plus the aging...

Just this morning we had our account hacked and had over $900 charged to our account through iTunes. When I called them about it they said they couldn't help over the phone unless I paid $69.00 for the extended care. Why on earth would I pay 69 bucks to a company I am trying to get $900 back from. So To send a complaint to them I have to do it via e-mail, which can take up to 48 hours for a responce. Our bank is working hard to correct the issue but I want you all to be aware of this shady practice and keep your info locked down!!

I wouldn't crow TOO much till more facts are known, this could be the result of PCs being infected with password sniffers as opposed to the web site itself being hacked for the passwords. :/

I am more upset about the fact that I can't even dispute the charges over the phone with them, unless I pay for the Apple extened coverage. What kind of buisness is that. Instead I need to e-mail them and wait up to 2 days for a responce.
