Those two are MS 7 blogs seen there. That's where you have to keep an eye out for anything new. When arriving at the 7 home page you'll also note the reference to the Windows 7 team blogs on the page there.

When browsing off from the main page and clicking on the subscribe to the Windowsteamblog link you end up at The Windows Blog There you can subscribe to the feed for regular updates. You'll also notice the section on 7 possibly being out in time for the holiday shopping season there as well.
