hmm wait i got it verizon, before i switched to Loma Linda's city owned/operated fiber network, once called verizon becouse mostly likely one of there local adsl or dns servers went down, tech support said it was router..I said no, look i already know that one of your servers is down and not acepting conections, let me talk to a IT.....well about 8hrs later..yup 8hours...I get connected to an IT and guess what? I was right! one of their adsl servers crashed, but at least I got 3 months free after aurguing with a manager for my problems
