I found this YouTube video of this guy who overclocked the same CPU. His settings are:
CPU Frequency: 240 MHz
CPU Voltage: 1.4500 V
CPU Multiplier: 15 (Stock)
You need to keep re-reading that guide until you understand it. What you're about to do is the willy-nilly approach: no understanding of your components, what they're capable of, or what to expect... just apply random settings willy-nilly.
Guys who use this approach usually do harm to their computers... and they post back with topics such as, "help! my computer keeps shutting down", "why won't my computer turn on anymore", and my personal favorite, "are puffs of black smoke normal?"
Do yourself a favor, educate yourself.
