Keep it below 90c
And every card has a 'wall' before it starts to artifact, lose performance etc.
Some have higher headroom than others.
For stock voltages, you can use ATI overdrive to overclock and kombustor (part of MSI afterburner) to test your overclock.
Or you could just use AB to overclock.

Not all cards have adjustable voltage and the only way around that is to flash the BIOS, but tbh with that card - it would not be worth the effort. Just aim for the highest stable OC you can @ stock voltages.
