Windows 7: high temps even with a H70!!!

I run a H70 in my setup(see specs) and the snip is my temps.... 1st is while on the net and running background programs. The "min" is idle and the "max" is while playing Crsis...
I also use the push pull.. mine is setup as exhaust out of case, I used the stock H70
thermal compound.
What fan headers are you plugged into? If you have the pump plugged into the "cpu fan" it may not be running right as it will run faster or slower at time like a cpu fan should but a pump should not... it should run full power all the time! check you settings and setup. I run my pump off the PSU with a molex adapter and the fans off the "cpu fan" header.
