is this pushing it?

can someone please tell me what the max safe (24/7) voltage on a i7 870 should be?
i have it running at 1.32 overclocked to 4.300 gh. seems to be real stable and highest temp at 100% is 69c low is 36c.
is this pushing it to much or is it safe?
thanks for your input / help

Anything below 80c is fine for the i7 870, if you plan to go high just be mindful of your cooling setup.

If it's stable, and cooling is sufficient, whether you are willing to push it depends on your ability to replace it if you push too far. I truly believe that the performance gain beyond that will be negligible, it's more about crowing rights with a high overclock. A Guy

While you do have a bit more headroom for more volts, there really wouldn't be any noticeable real world improvement.

thank's for all the input guys,
the reason i wanted to push it a little more is to get a 50% overclock out of it.
i'm almost there at 46.9% but maybe i'll just leave it at that.
anyway thank's again
