Hey, take a look at my computer specs and tell me whats the max stable potential of this cpu ;D

every cpu is different - even ones right next to each other in the factory.

so many factors involved in each chip, plus all the other hardware and temps in the machine it lives in.

you'll just have to 'clock it and see...

I can tell you it is probably stable at 3.6Ghz. Higher than that and you have to find out yourself.

My Athlon II x4 wasn't even stable @ 3.6GHz. I kept it at 3.52GHz and everything is good. I heard you can overclock an Athlon II x4 to 3.3GHz without increasing the voltage.

I've put my 640 at 3.3 without increasing the Voltage. Wasn't stable though.
