looks good.. you could get a better air cooler, as the Corsair stuff is good, just not that good ;/ like the NH D14.. or the silver arrow. should be a big hit on the temp's you could save 7c .. that would probably give you more room to OC.
i do hear the new Antec 920 is really good to, and it is made by the same company who made the H50/70.
saying that i use the H50 due to the case i have, and my temps at room temp of 22/4c never go above 74c on 29hr prime run.. Push/Pull config with air coming in.. and 1 140 blown out. running @ 1300rpm..max ... normal 800rpm so silence. ;0
as for your settings, they look good so far. you will need to start backing off on some of the volts to see low limit. then bump it up two notch., run prime95 ect.. if all is good.. drop it once more.. if it fails just keep bumping back up to where it will pass.. Lower volts = lower temps.
also i know a lot of people turn of HT. that to will lower the temps ect.. but i don't see the point myself since i bought a i7 with 4 cores 4 threads, if i wanted a i5 i would have bought it. lol
i mean i gave you my settings in the other thread, and you said it gave you a BSOD? i mean it was a guide more then copy my setting, as i did the same thing from another person and i got a BSOD. but then tweaked them to get what i have now. maybe and it looks it, you need more Vcore Volts on the CPU then i did for my OC.
did you check the bsod codes?
0X00000050 << Incorrect Memory Timing/Freq or Uncore Multi
0X00000124 << Incorrect QPI/Vtt Voltage (To Much/Not Enough)
0X00000101 << Not enough Vcore Voltage
here is some of the links i used to get my OC fine tuned.. as some of the guy's have the same mobo/cpu as us but it's a good place to start.

i don't know if this is what you wanted or it help. as i doubt there is another who can tell you do this and it will work, as each build is different then the next. you just have to do it alone.
there is more users here who will correct me im sure if im wrong about anything..
but right now i need some sleep.
good luck.
