TDP query about new processor

Not exactly overclocking, but it's about a CPU with a faster clock speed...
Anyway... Right, I recently bought an HP Pavilion p6565uk that has a 2.6GHz AMD Phenom II x6 1035T.
This page AMD Phenom II X6 1090T and 1055T... has a table listing it and some other Phenoms, and the 1090T caught my eye.
However, the TDP (thermal design power) figure is 125W, and the motherboard of my computer says:
"Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
-AMD PHENOM-II X6 10xxT (Thurban core) (TDP: 95W)...", a 95W 'maximum' (presumably)
(Motherboard Specifications H-Alpinia-RS780L-uATX (Alpinia) click on the processor upgrade information section)
Is this a motherboard limit? As I would like the 1090T, but I don't really fancy buying a new mobo. Would I just need extra cooling??

That says no to me

A lot of these OEM boards are limited to 95W and it appears yours is no exception. At best, the system may appear to be fine for X period of time before failing or it may simply not start because it is not recognised by the BIOS. (nor will it be)

Not a lot of info around about this board, but I wouldn't recommend it.
