Case fans ..need help please

Ok I have a TA350DC M34709 fan but it has a 5 pin plug but only has 4 wires going into it : White / Red / Black /Blue

Now I have a ASUS P5KPL-AM Motherboard but have connections from varous other fans, how do I get this one to fit the board
As I used to have a NMB 3110GL-B4W-B59 80mm Fan connected (3 pins Black / Red / White)

I would be inclined to buy new fans that have the standard connectors and wiring. I've just Googled the TA350DC fan, and it mentions that it is used by Dell who are notorious for using non-standard components (or components configured in a non-standard way).

Yeah I know that about Dell, its just that I have so many of fans kicking around the shed that I wondered if I could mod the plug at the end to fit the board but not sure on the wiring

I don't think it's worth it. For a start off, you'd need to buy a connector and then wire it correctly (remember that Dell, in addition to using non-standard components, also, in some cases, uses non-standard wire colouring as well).

As mentioned case fans are cheap, problem is cheap equals loud when running wide open. This being said you want to speed control these fans or purchase top quality fans like Noctua's which can run wide open and be virtually silent.
