Max 800 rpm with speedfan ?

HELLO!.FIGURED THIS WOULD BE A GOOD SPOT TO ASK.I WANT TO RAISE FAN SPEED ON THE FLY, WHEN NEEDED.CPU IDLES AT 24 CELS, @ 700 RPM PWM ON IN BIOS,THATS ALL FINE BUT WHEN I RUN PRIME THE FAN ONLY RAISES IN VERY SMALL INCREMENTS AND TOP OUT AT 1200.@ 45 DEGREES.TEMP WILL CONTINUE TO RISE AS THE FAN MIGHT GO UP A FEW MORE RPM'S,I INSTALLED SPEEDFAN,I CAN LOWER THE SPEED,BUT NOT RAISE IT BECAUSE IT SAYS 100% IS 700 RPM.I KNOW A FAN CONTROLL UNIT WOULD BE THE WAY TO GO BUT I WANT TO GIVE SPEEDFAN A GO.I HAVE A COOLERMAST WITH A FAN THAT IS CAPABLE OF 2600,SO THATS NOT THE PROB.SHOULD I DISABLE BIOS PWM.I DID THIS BE FORE AND SPEEDFAN WORKED FOR A WHILE THEN SHUT OFF MY FAN WITHOUT WARNING.THANX.
