Is my CPU Temperature Overclocked ?

My pc have this devices




When i use only , Google Chrome ( 1 tab ) and some application like msn , paint , avast ( Not scanning ).

i get this temperature





When i use a lot of Application i Get This Temperature

I was running Youtube Video 720p , 7 tabs in google chrome , was listening music from Windows Media Player , avast ( Not scanning ) , MSN .

Your idle temperatures are a bit on the high side. Check the condition of the processor heatsink and fan. Is the fan spinning? Maybe it needs cleaning and the accumulated dust removed from it and the heatsink.

Today i have clean the fan but i didn't plug it very Good. Because it was very hard only 1 place i have tightened correctly 3 other places not very good ? do you think this can affect ?

Without a doubt, yes.

And since you removed it, you'll also need to re-apply some fresh thermal paste.

To be honest I wouldn't keep using the PC until you at least re-seat (firmly plug in) the fan.

I have a PC with this processor and your temperatures are far too high.
Mine can sit on ~40C doing routine tasks but even running flat out with a Prime 95 it gets to ~60C.
You may want to change the heatsink cooler and use a good thermal compound (eg. artic silver). Just check the cooler fits the CPU and case. (I think your talking ~$30).

Looks good. What a difference a cooler makes.

I get differences in core temps. Next time you reseat the cooler have a look at artic silver's website for how they apply the thermal paste for that CPU. You may get more even core temps but I wouldn't worry too much about it right now.
