That list of components shows nothing unusual.
You don't say what you intend to do with the PC.
With no more information, I'd say 1 good exhaust fan is all you need.
Monitor your temps. If they get into dangerous levels, reconsider your situation.
I do use a slow (500 rpm) 120mm fan on the front side blowing over my hard drives, but it's hardly a requirement. HD temps rise only a few degrees without the fan.
Of course, if you are temperature-obsessed and believe that 32 degrees is by definition superior to 39 degrees, then load up with 6 or 8 fans.
Or, if you just like to tinker, get 6 or 8 fans for no particular reason. | My System Specs |

if i were to put my mobo in the oven, i may need five, ten, thirteen fans to keep it cool, but i don't.
maybe too many fans start to cancel each other out? i like quiet pc's, me.
or maybe i'm lucky, and the fact that my psu sits in the bottom of my case really helps air flow a lot, allowing me to run cool with just two fans, even though i overclock and play games?
My case has openings for 7 case fans, and gentle typhoons on a fan controller are not that loud. I have a watercooled setup, so 2 fans are for the radiator. Mountain mod cases you attach up to 3 hard drives per 120mm fan with a bracket. I have 3 platter HD's and one SSD, so you could say one of my fan is for the HD's.
My old case with 4 fans was way louder than my current setup with 7 fans, plus my HD's run considerable cooler, and my radiator gets fresh air from outside the case. My cpu temps are way lower than my old Cosmos 1000 case where I had to mount the radiator on the inside top of the case. That meant warm air from inside was blowing through the rad. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom OS Windows 7 Professional 64 CPU 2700k @ 4.8GHz 1.365v vcore Motherboard Asus P8P67 Deluxe Memory Mushkin Enhanced Blackline Ridgeback 16 gigs Graphics Card 2 x EVGA 570 Sound Card HT Omega eClaro, Marantz receiver, Paradigm speakers Monitor(s) Displays 3 x Samsung SA350 23" Screen Resolution 5960x1080 Bezel Corrected PSU Corsair AX1200 Case Mountain Mods U2-UFO, 7 x Gentle Typhoon AP-15 fans Cooling Apogee XT block, MCR220-QP rad, 655 pump in XSPC res Hard Drives Corsair Force GT 120g SSD, WD Caviar Black 1TB, WD Caviar Black 2TB Other Info MDPC sleeving, Lamptron FC5v2 Fan Controller, Lian Li card reader/usb/eSATA |

Plus Australian summers can get pretty blood hot, but I freely admit I went way overboard. Quote: maybe too many fans start to cancel each other out? i like quiet pc's, me.
There does come a diminishing return point.
I got fed up with noise hence the reason for a case change + drastic reduction in the number of fans. 3 out of my four fans are hooked up to a controller so I've got a pretty quiet rig these days. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number SmartEyeball Custom Systems OS 8 Pro x64 CPU i7 3770K 4.6GHz Motherboard ASUS P8Z77 WS (great board good slot placement) Memory 16GB G.Skill Trident X 2400mhz Graphics Card 2x Gigabyte GTX 670 OC WindForce SLI Sound Card X-FI Forte 7.1 + ATH-AD900 Headphones Monitor(s) Displays x3 Dell U2410 / 58" Samsung / "40 Sony Screen Resolution 1920*1200 / 1920*1080 Keyboard Topre Realforce // Ducky Shine MX Black // Filco Ninja TKL Mouse Razer Imperator + Thermaltake Theron PSU Corsair AX1200W Case Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition Cooling Noctua NH-D14 Hard Drives 2x Intel 520 240GB (RAID 0) * 2x WD Caviar Blacks 2TB (RAID 0) * 2TB WD Caviar Black Antivirus MSE Browser Opera, Chrome, FF Other Info GT Extreme V2 Sim Racing Cockpit + 40" LCD and K/B Mouse stand ▼

Again in hot (eg Australian) weather I think
1) 1 good rear exhaust fan
2) 1 good CPU fan (eg. low cost but good Hyper 212+). I really don't think the Intel stock coolers are good enough.
3) 1 low noise intake fan blowing over the HDDs. In my climate these drives can easily hit mid 40C without a bit of cooling.
4) Make sure your graphics card is positioned in a well ventilated slot position.
Also don't block the PSU intake vent by sitting you case on thick carpet. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Own build (+ Recased Acer Aspire x1800) OS Windows 7x64 Home Premium SP1 x 2 CPU Intel i7 2600k Motherboard ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe Memory G.Skill Ripjaws (DDR3-1600) 2x4GB Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce GTS 450; Intel HD Graphics 3000(GT2+) Monitor(s) Displays Dell Ultrasharp IPS panel U2311H, Samsung SyncMaster P2350 Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech MK520 (wireless) Mouse Logitech MK520 PSU Seasonic M12II 520W Case Lian Li Lancool PC-K60 Cooling Case: 1x120mm, 3x140mm CPU: Hyper 212+ Hard Drives Crucial M4 128GB (000F), Seagates 1TB Barracuda ST31000528AS + Internet Speed 6-7 Mbps Antivirus Norton NIS, Malwarebytes on 2 (MSE on 3rd PC) Browser FireFox Other Info Audio: Logitech Z523 2.1 |

I had cases where the better part of them went into the trash in the form of round pieces I shook out of the hole saw. I wondered sometimes why I even bothered with a case at all - it would have been easier to build the thing on top of the motherboard box and point a giant box fan at it. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self OS Main - Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-Bit; 2nd - Windows Server 2008 R2 CPU Main - Core i7 2600K; 2nd - Core i7 920 Motherboard Main - Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3; 2nd - Gigabyte GA-EX58-UDR3 Memory Main - 16GB Corsair Vengeance; 2nd - 12GB Corsair Vengeance Graphics Card Main - XFX Radeon 6870 1GB; 2nd - XFX Radeon 4870 1GB Sound Card Both: Onboard Realtek Azalia Monitor(s) Displays Main - Hann 25" + I-INC 25" + Acer 23"; 2nd - Upgrading Soon Screen Resolution Main - 1920x1080 (All Three Monitors); 2nd - Upgrading Soon Keyboard Main - Razer Reclusa; 2nd - Old MS Keyboard Mouse Main - Logitech MX Revolution; 2nd - Old MS Mouse PSU Main - OCZ 600W Modular; 2nd - OCZ 600W Case Main - Thermaltake Element G; 2nd - NZXT something or other Cooling Main - Corsair H80; 2nd - Prolimatech Megahalems Hard Drives Main - (1) Crucial M4 128GB (Boot)
