Looking for "brass knuckles" fan grills.

My friend asked me to help him look for fan grills that have brass knuckles. But he wants them to be as light as a normal fan grill. So, I suppose either a grill with the shape of brass knuckles cut into it, or a grill with a thin applique over the grill. Anyone know where one might find something like this?

The closest I could find was here: Stainless Steel Blade 2 Grill 80mm [BLADE2] : Performance-PCs.com, ... , and you have to watch the sizes. Standard sizes can go anywhere from 40mm all the way up to 200mm, even then some are smaller than 40, and larger than 200.

Did your friend, have a friend that has one or did s/he think it would be cool to have one, and just thought it up?

With you being an artist you might have to make one, check this out: Fan Grills: Fan picks! (Fans being YOU!)

Here's a how-to: [How To/Guide] Make Your Own Fan Grill, from here: Custom Fan Grills - Search, as you can see from the second link it will be a daunting task to find one.

You or s/he could do a search for Custom Fan Grills.

Yeah, I don't do any sort of metal work though ^__^U
If it comes down to that, I know he can do that. Thanks. I'll pass these sites on along.
