Overclocking - Looking for pointers.

I've just started overclocking and I'm looking for some pointers or where to go next.

This is my CPUZ / GPUZ.

My current timing on my ram is 5-5-5-15 would it be much of a difference to try 4-4-4-12? Using 3 1G sticks. My processor stock is 2.8Ghz I'm at 216 fsb atm but last time i tried 218 windows went whack and thought i was gonna mess alot up, dont know if that is exacly what caused it or what considering 216 runs flawlessly.

This is a PC that I built in 2007.

650W PSU
AMD Athlon 64x2 3800+ 2.8GHZ
Nvdia EVGA 9800GTX+
3GB G.Skill RAM 1GB Sticks
