How do I get best cooling, G50VT-X1?

Hi I recently bought a used Asus G50VT-X1 off of craigslist and the previous owner cut open the bottom circle grate to allow air flow there. I havent had any severe overheating issues, but I worry about it a lot lol and I kinda freak out when cpu temp peaks like 150 lol...But anyways, there is nothing covering the open grate, so I accidentally bent the fans' rod that connects to the electromagnet spinning it. It works still but is noisy. I have a few options; buying a new internal fan (would rather not break it again), inserting a wire mesh in the grate (dont want to...), liquid cooling (too difficult, limited customizing of computer parts). So anyways I decided on getting a laptop cooling pad. Unless you have a better alternative to the pad, what pad does Sevenforums think I should get, for under 60$, that is EXTREMELY quiet, provides great cooling, and cools mainly the left side of the device?
I can get the notepad u3 but im skeptical...
I can afford a little extravagance though (up to 60$....)
Oh and id also like it to be externally powered, so as not to use computer power (generating heat), to cool it.

Sorry for the really long post, but any helpful answers would be appreciated!

Thanks! :)

So this is a picture of the lappy open. Are you saying the cover was cut to be completely open to the fan and what was bent?

I would set this lappy on a fan based laptop cooler and forget water cooling a laptop it's not available and not applicable at all.
As far as a cooling base I like the idea of these movable fans so you can place them exactly as needed.

On the part thats removed from the base there, there is a chrome circle over the fan. Normally it has some sort of grate that allows no air flow at all (counterproductive I think) and the previous owner removed that grate part. So its pretty much a hole there, exposing the fan. The fan piece is 2 Pieces : The fan blades and the electromangnet attached to the motherboard for power. The blades are attached to a small metal rod which fits in the center of the electromagnet. The rod is attached to the fan blades by some sort of structure similar to how a lego fits inside another lego. I dont really know how to explain it without taking a pic but I can remove the fan lol to take a pic I have to use my computer. But anyways the plastic piece thats holding the rod is damaged so the rod is slanted slightly. This slant makes the fan blades, when operated at any more than a moderate speed, make contact with the base, making noise...

That was really complicated for that small piece of equipment but idk I hope its understandable

Well if it's not fixable then the fan assembly needs to be replaced. I think you can fix it with logic and patience. Either way you need to get a cooler fan under this opening and blow cool air over everything and that should help with the mobo fan speeds and temps.

Yea looks like 87...i think. That meshy part is apparntly not actually a vent, its sealed thats why he removed it. Is it possible to remove the fan from there and just have a laptop cooler running?
