OVERCLOCKING E5400 in a Asus P5KPL-AM SE: Need Assistance

Good day seveners!

So today, I decided that I should give it a try overclocking my Intel E5400. I did my research and I know that the CPU Speed is = to CPU Frequency x Multiplier.

Currently it is set to the default 200 x 13.5 which is equal to 2.7 GHz, now I'm having a problem with overclocking it thru the BIOS.

But before anything else, here is the specs of my PC.

The fan is also the stock fan and I also have another fan in the middle of the left side of the case.

So I tried out doing the overclocking thru the BIOS but as you can see in the screenshot below, the "Configure Advanced CPU Settings" is disabled.

I also tried going to the JumperFree Configuration

And I saw an Overclocking Option. I set it to Manual but I'm confused on what to do next.

Can somebody lay out the steps I must do and values that I should put in for volatages, DRAM, etc. My goal speed is 3.2 up to 3,7

I'm currently in Junior High School and planning to take an IT course that's why I'm tweaking my PC. I'm a NEWBIE. So please help me. All information will be DEEPLY appreciated.

However that motherboard isn't that good for OC

That's good to know that the stock cooler can do slight overclocking but my real problem is the BIOS. I think its locked?
