Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) SP1

Finally got my board after 2 months wiating for RMA. Actually, ASRock sent me a new one (brand new with latest BIOS) Anyway, I got my 3770K @ 4.6GHz fully stable (no WHEA errors even) on 1.248v (offset)
I'm very happy.

I'm tempted to grab another chip and try de-lidding it.

Wow! Very good Steve, we don't see many 5GHz of any kind. It would be interesting if Maxxmem would run at that clock.

We don't want to talk about that do we? lol. I hit 96 before I quit, but I could tell it wasn't stable anyway and I wasn't going to try any more voltage. I may be crazy, but not that crazy. Maybe there is a setting in bios that will bring the vcore down. If there is one, this board has it, I just don't know what it is.

This bios confuses the crap out of me. This is my 3rd UEFI bios board so, I felt like I had some understanding of how it works until I saw this one. It has more optioins than the other 2 combined. It even has options for using LN2. The options for setting ram timings is about 6 pages long. When they named this board 'Extreme' they meant it.

I have never used a UEFI board so I will be of no help there. You would think a basic setting such as vcore would be easy to find and set. I got faith you will find it. Lowering it a few tenths might bring you where you want to be. But of course their is always that LN2 option.
