To-day I received in the post my new external dvd-rw drive and new 19" TFT Monitor, both second-hand, but in very good condition and real bargains. The Monitor cost me about £40 including P&P and the drive about £20 including P&P. All of this unwrapping has made me a bit tired, but at least both things came to-day when I have time to try them out properly. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Advent OS Dual-boot: Windows 7 HP 32-bit SP1 & Windows XP Pro 32-bit SP2. I'm using a 120GB HyperX 3K. It is very nice.
According to reviews the regular HyperX (not the 3K) is a bit better performance wise, and of course it is 5K. According to same reviews the 840 Pro is way better than both.
Here's what I'm getting from my HyperX 3K, which is actually a tad better than advertised.
Cheers,
