This is how the system is set now, then i changed AI Tuning to manual (5th image and further on), and went through the rest of the menu in order to show you what i see.

Ok. As far as i can see that board is not like ours made today.because you cant fully manually overclock.look for the cpu bus speed and adjust it higher.if you cant find it then just go up another 5%.thing is you will problably not get the best out of the cpu because the best might be 19% or 28% if you know what i mean

Yea, i understand. Just don't know weather to got to "System clocks", or "FSB & memory config". I watched several videos -How to OC, and every bios had a number (don't know what it presents) witch is multiplied with 16, and there you get your CPU frequency.
How can i get to "that number"?
I want to OC my CPU to 3.8-3.9 GHz - is that safe??? don't know much about the voltage settings, but i hope someone will help me (:
today I'm going to run Prime95 for 8-10 hours in "safe mode and networking"

p.s. Since i overclocked my CPU, when i shut down the pc, it installs 3 updates every time. Is that normal?

Go into cpuid and see the fsb.shutdoen pc.go in fsb and memory change the qdr from auto to manual.input a number slighlty higher than the one yoi read in cpuid.reboot.check if the fsb has chanhed in cpuid.if so report back with some pi tures of cpuid

I have bought a Arctic Freezer 7 Pro, mounted it, and the temps doped for 15 C, so now i can OC further
