Overclocking CPU

I have a really old CPU. (Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz) :P

I just want to play around with my pc, and "tune" it a little
Have a Asus P5N-D MoBo, and i have entered the BIOS several times, and i have learned it very well, and i know what i am doing. I have a option to overclock the system by : 5, 10, 15 and 20%. I have started with 5%(3360 Mhz), and i used the pc for 9 hours-the temperatures have raised for 3-4 degreesC, i didn't notice anything else weird.
Then i went to 10% (3520 MHz). I opened CPU-Z and i noticed that the voltage is going from 1.216V to 1.312V. The Bus speed variates from 219.97MHz to 220.19MHz (when the cpu was 3.2 the bus speed was 200 MHZ)
Same variations appear with the FSB : 879.97 to 880.03 (bf OC-ing was 800)

I am using a stock intel 775 cooler, But i am going to buy a Cooler Master Hyper TX3.
My temps: CPU 59C
GPU 34C
MB 39C

I am pretty new in the pc world, but i am a fast learner and i already know a lot of things.
By opening this thread i want to find out, with your help, how far can i go. I will try to make a picture of my BIOS so that you can have a better overview of my situation.
Cheers!

I know it is quite a bit to ask but could you copy your system specs onto a post and send it as my phone aint showing them...

Yes you have managed to increase it 300 odd mhz.as long as your temperature stays lowish(under65-70) then keep going.but from here on in go up in 1s instead of 5s

Keep the temperature under 70 as that is the temperature it starts to throttle back

While playing games, the CPU doesn't heat over 59C-with the stock cooler!-the temps increased 3-4 C after OC-ing! and i can set higher graphics!
I have a Cooler master Hyper TX3 coming soon (in like 2 days), or a Arctic Freezer 7 Pro- can't make the choice: the TX3 costs 2 times the 7PRO(here in Serbia), but i don't know if it's worth it.

Should i increase the CPU voltage? Can i go to 15% or 20%?

thank you, im back on pc now.So.... it has been known for those pus to reach 5.0+ I personalty dought you will reach that...Well this random guy randomly set the voltage to a random setting and the buss to a random setting and it randomly booted at 4.5. He was actually trying to kill the pc. ended up with a round of applause!!!

Dont be him!!!

take it slow, adjust the multiplier untill it wont boot,or if it is locked then adjust the bus untill it wont boot, then bump the voltage up a tiny bit remember to keep running stress test for every other adjustment, and whne it gets crictical then every adjusment. always write down you last know setup that booted

I don't know for any stress test, so if you could recommend me one ore two...

In my BIOS, i don't have an option (or i don't know were to find it ) to increase the clock for 5 Mhz, i just found how to increase the clock for 5%; 10%; 15%; 20%

I am benchmarking my temps and CPU and GPU stresses while gaming. I am playing SBK 2011 at full settings (*without FSAA* have now idea what is that and i don't like it :P )
