Missing BIOS settings in jumperfree configuration

I've been trying to overclock my computer, but it seems I'm missing cpu/nb frequency and the option for load line calibration as well as possibly a few others I forget. I've seen other people with the same mobo and cpu that had the options available to them, any ideas? Also bonus question: I have my voltage set to 1.487, but in cpu-z I never see it get that high, it's usually sitting at 1.456 and bouncing between 1.47 and 1.44, which is mostly why I was looking for llc, is that normal? It seems a bit extreme for a normal vdrop to me.

Version 2301 is the latest version of the bios. Have you tried a bios update, this is the usual cause of missing features, an older bios version.

I thought that could be it, but I didn't see anything that stood out to me in the updates. I'll have to look again

aaand there it is! much obliged
weird thing though, I set my bios back up the same way I had it before, but in windows it said everything (cpu, ram, nb, hypertransport) was running consistently about .4% higher than what was set. amd overdrive also confirmed that it was running faster than the target speed. I reset the bios to default, which seemed to fix it, but I have yet to try to oc it again
