Windows 7: Northbridge temps 90c-is that bad?

Hybrid Silent-Pipe module is an additional heatsink unit that attaches to the water-block northbridge cooler in order to maximize air cooling.

That looks.... awesome but i cant afford it and will most likely upgrade to a new board anyway soon
