Ok,i got it,stop hurting my feelings with your 800 and 900+ frequencies!Could i perhaps tweak them RAMs to run a bit higher? To take the CPU clock from 2.4 to 3.2(on air-cooling that is),would that be too much? | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Homebuilt,Quadcore processor on Asus MB OS Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Service Pack 1 CPU Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad Q 9550 @ 2.83 GHz Motherboard ASUS P5B-Deluxe Wi-Fi Edition Memory 4x1024 GB DDR2 Corsair PC2-6400 800 Mhz Graphics Card Gigabyte GTX 650 1024MB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek ALC883 @ Intel 82801HB ICH8 - High Def Monitor(s) Displays Asus VW195 [19" LCD] Screen Resolution 1440x860 pixels Keyboard MS Generic Mouse MS Optical 6000 PSU Hantol 585W Dual fan Case Chieftec Dragon modded side window Cooling Thermaltake Contac 21 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex Plus Series SATA II 2.5" SSD 128GB-

How about these: 4x1024 GB DDR2 Corsair PC2-6400 800 Mhz ? Would 3.0 deliver any noticeable improvement in performance, more snappy OS?Temps around 38 at idle, never above 43,even when gaming. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Homebuilt,Quadcore processor on Asus MB OS Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Service Pack 1 CPU Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad Q 9550 @ 2.83 GHz Motherboard ASUS P5B-Deluxe Wi-Fi Edition Memory 4x1024 GB DDR2 Corsair PC2-6400 800 Mhz Graphics Card Gigabyte GTX 650 1024MB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek ALC883 @ Intel 82801HB ICH8 - High Def Monitor(s) Displays Asus VW195 [19" LCD] Screen Resolution 1440x860 pixels Keyboard MS Generic Mouse MS Optical 6000 PSU Hantol 585W Dual fan Case Chieftec Dragon modded side window Cooling Thermaltake Contac 21 Hard Drives OCZ Vertex Plus Series SATA II 2.5" SSD 128GB-

Do you mean USB 3.0? If so, no, it won't help your OS at all. Best thing for that would be a SSD. It will help overall system responsiveness. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built OS Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 CPU Intel Core i5-3570K @ 4.5GHz Motherboard Asus Sabertooth Z77 Memory Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4) @1866MHz Graphics Card Intel HD4000 Sound Card Onboard Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell S2309W Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Max Nighthawk X8 Mechanical keyboard Mouse Logitech MX 500 Wired PSU Seasonic X750 80+ Gold Full Modular Case Antec Eleven Hundred Super Mid Tower Cooling Intel Liquid Cooler Hard Drives Samsung 830 128GB SSD - OS

Oh, OK........I doubt you'll see much of a boost in performance IF you can get it to 3.0GHz. If you don't have adequate cooling, it could actually hurt performance. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built OS Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 CPU Intel Core i5-3570K @ 4.5GHz Motherboard Asus Sabertooth Z77 Memory Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4) @1866MHz Graphics Card Intel HD4000 Sound Card Onboard Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell S2309W Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Max Nighthawk X8 Mechanical keyboard Mouse Logitech MX 500 Wired PSU Seasonic X750 80+ Gold Full Modular Case Antec Eleven Hundred Super Mid Tower Cooling Intel Liquid Cooler Hard Drives Samsung 830 128GB SSD - OS
