Build 2013 is Complete! Hello All,
I spent the night building my new system, I removed the old system (everything) from the case & cleaned the case & fans. I installed the ram & processor outside of the case & went from there. Everything went smoothly & a couple of hours later I was installing Windows 7HP 64-bit, I have NEVER seen in install go so fast.. I didn't time it (wish I would have) but it couldn't have been more than a few minutes!?
I installed all essential drivers & ran windows update, after that I ran WEI & got 7.9 on all but the processor which got a 7.5. but that is fixed with a little Overclocking.
Thoughts: This is AWESOME.. I have always wanted "Instant" computing.. & now I've got it.. almost everything opens instantly! My old system, you click on something & waited a couple seconds. Click. . . . . . . o p e n. New system, clickOPEN!! lol
I can't wait to get a couple game & test this bad boy out!
Here are some photos of the build. Sorry for the bad pic quality.. tablet camera.
Motherboard: MSI Z77MA-G45.
Crucial Ballistix LP 8GB 1600 CL8 & Intel Core i5 3570K installed.
Motherboard installed into the HAF 922.
Cooler Master N520 installed.
EVGA GTX 660 SC Installed.
Creative SB X-Fi Titanium Installed.
Drives installed, OCZ Vertex 4 256GB OS, WD Velocoraptor 300GB & Seagate Barracuda 250GB Storage.
System Complete. NOTE: This is just temporary.. wiring etc. I plan to move everything into a new Fractal Design Define Mini case in the next couple of weeks when I have the extra funds.
Windows Experience Index.

Looks great........you did a really good job. Good numbers as well! If you are looking into a Fractal Design case, check out their new Arc Midi V2. It looks to be an awesome case, and the original Arc Midi was already pretty damn good. Did you have anything else running at the time? That's the difference between the i5-3570k and an i7. I think the highest the 3570K can go is a 7.7........it takes hyperthreading to get to 7.8. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Built OS Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 CPU Intel Core i5-3570K @ 4.5GHz Motherboard Asus Sabertooth Z77 Memory Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4) @1866MHz Graphics Card Intel HD4000 Sound Card Onboard Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell S2309W Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Max Nighthawk X8 Mechanical keyboard Mouse Logitech MX 500 Wired PSU Seasonic X750 80+ Gold Full Modular Case Antec Eleven Hundred Super Mid Tower Cooling Intel Liquid Cooler Hard Drives Samsung 830 128GB SSD - OS

Just wanted to add my Restart-Time, I went from around 60-90 seconds with my old system to this! lol It's very noticeable!
I did a little tweaking & I'm now getting this.

Windows already logs boot and shutdown times with a fairly detailed breakdown. (Down to the millisecond) The above is probably some third party software to read the log. If it doesn't read the log, I would be hesitant to install anything that's going in at Windows boot time. Call me paranoid but I just don't like that idea. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Built 2/11/2011 OS Windows 7 Pro-x64 CPU i7-2600 3.4GHz - 3.8GHz Turbo Motherboard Intel DH67BL-B3 Memory 8Gb - 2x4GB, Muskin 991770 PC3-1333 Graphics Card Integrated Intel HD 2000 Sound Card Integrated Intel 10.1 HD, RealTek ALC892 Monitor(s) Displays Asus LCD VH222H, Haier HL24XSL2a Screen Resolution 1920x1080, 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech EX100 Wireless Mouse Logitech EX100 Wireless PSU Seasonic 650W 80+ Gold Modular Case Rosewill Defender Cooling Stock CPU, Four 120mm case fans, PCH fan added Hard Drives Crucial C300-128Gb,
