help with fans

ok so i need input
i have 4 fan connecters on my mother board
CPU Fan - 4 pin
Pwr Fan - 3 pin
Sys Fan 1 - 3 pin - Un-used
Sys Fan 2 - 4 pin

its a gigabyte MB that comes with easytune which lets me keep CPU fan at 100%

ok so this is the deal
CPU fan is brand new Cool Master v-8 it has its own RPM control i have it set to 100% its running at just over 2000 RPM

Pwr Fan is brand new i have by my HDD's its running at a little over 3000 RPM its an Ultra 80mm 3300 RPM to keep HDD cool

and then there is system fan 2 which i put a cool master 92Mm 2800 RPM fan to take the heat from the coolmaster v-8 and get it out of the case buts its only running at like 600-700 RPM

can i (since the v-8 has its own control) put the CPU fan into the system fan 2 and the system fan into CPU fan reasion is the easy tune softwear i have with my MB controls CPU fan only not the other and i dont know how to get them to full

the only fan thats not running full is the sys fan 2

i got all this to OC my 2.83 to 3.06 which its running fine and holding at a temp of 26 C as per System info for windows core temp saying mid to high 30's but im not trusting it right now cuz its saying im running 359X6.0 when im running 360X8.5

what what do you guys thinnk can i flip flop those 2 fans and be good still??

I don't recommend it.

Check your slow fan to see if there is a speed setting. Make sure that the RED wire (from the fan) is plugged into the YELLOW wire from the PSU. If not, then you are not getting enough power to it.

Oh ok. Go into your BIOS and find the settings for the System Fans. You should be able to set it from there.

Good to know the V8 works.

I cannot explain why the fan is running slowly... Is there a speed setting on the fan? How do you know it is at 900 RPM?
