Could you help me overclock my cpu?
Hi guys.
Before we start, i would like to thank you for your time and help :)
So my system is:
CPU - Intel Pentium 4 1.6a(northwood) FREQUENCY-1.6ghz; L2-CACHE-512kb; FRONT_SIDE_BUS-400 MT/s; MULTIPLIER-16x; VOLTAGE-1.475V; SOCKET-478
RAM - Kingston 2x512mb(total 1gb) DDR (one of them i think is 133mhz, other one 200mhz)
VGA - nVidia geForce fx5200 128mb DDR 230mhz
HDD - Western Digital 320gb 7200rpm IDE
MOTHERBOARD - Biostar p4m80m-4
POWERSUPLY - 400w fell twin fan
I know that my systems sucks really badly, but, i also know that Pentium 4 isn't hard to overclock. So thats why I need your help.
Here are fotos of my BIOS(i took only important ones, so if i took not all of them, please say it):
MAIN WINDOW:
MAIN WINDOW->Frequency/Voltage control:
MAIN WINDOW->Advanced Chipset features:
MAIN WINDOW->Advanced Chipset features->DRAM Clock/Drive Control:
PS. Funny thing about this. If i would change my RAM sticks(second to first, and first to second slots) it would say "Current DRAM Frequency: 200mhz". So why is that?
MAIN WINDOW->Advanced Chipset features->AGP & P2P Bridge control:
MAIN WINDOW->Advanced Chipset features->CPU & PCI Bus control:
MY TEMPERATURES/VOLTAGES:
So, can you say what should i change(i want to get as much mhz from my cpu as possible). And please dont say something like that "its too old, leave it alone". Thanks.
