well, most computers that are brand name won't allow you to. first check your bios and look if you can edit your processor front side bus. If not, then the bios doesn't support it. the board might not either.
don't actually change it, but tell me if you have the choice to change it.
also, you'll want to buy an aftermarket cooler if you're going to overclock.
<update> Thorson Beat me to the point by a little bit :P

If its too much hastle then I'm not going to worry I don't realy wish to damage my pc. Could you help me with somthing else friend?
Earlier today I upgraded to a 64bit Windows 7 ultimate OS. After the installation was about to finish and take me to the desktop screen it restarted saying fail to start or somthing simular the pc then restarted again and still failed to start Windows 7 so I basicly had to do a full system recovery nowI'm not quite sure on what to do.

No worries josef. I have a light software OC, but I have always had OEM mobo's so never delved to far into this subject. I just know the fundamentals.
#1 Backup. Make sure you know how to reset your BIOS to its original settings
#2 Baby steps. don't do high jumps in performance. Make small increments.
#3 Info. if you don't know what you are changing or why: Dont change it.
#4 Heat and Power. OCing creates high temps and draws power. make sure you have proper cooling and PSU.
#5 Stability. Test for stability often running for long periods of time. OC is not benificial if you crash your computer ever 30 minutes or burn your CPU.
#6 Magic Smoke. Computers run on this and if it escapes you will need new hardware. Period.
Last ones for laughs.
