I am planning to overclock my computer as it is just too slow right now and I can't afford a new graphics card but I don't know how to overclock a computer and i don't know how much I should without wrecking my computer? Can anyone help me with this.
I can't help much, but I will warn you that this route is dangerous. If you don't know what you are doing, then you have a lot of reading to do. I suggest going to Overclockers: The Performance Computing Community and reading any tutorials you can. Also get CPUID, CoreTemp, and GPU-Z so you can see what your system specs are currently doing.
Overclocking is done in the BIOS, you will need to know if your BIOS supports the changes to the FSB, Multiplier and voltages.
Overclocking also needs more power from your PSU (power supply) so you will need to know what this is.
Also it generates more heat... so you will need proper cooling..
You have a long way to go. I have been looking into this for years and still have not done the really dirty work of OCing for real.
If you don't have the money for better components, I would not risk loosing your current components.

two different sets. there are CPU core temps and GPU temps.
CPU temps shouldn't go higher than ????
GPU temps can go higher, but should stay under ??? not sure.... (100C = boiling point of water btw)
It all depends on the stated limits of the CPU/GPU These limits will be stated in the manual or online.

Think I can safely say you can forget about overclocking at all,
Unless Acer had a brain cramp when they built that system, I can pretty much guarantee that they will have either locked or out right removed the options necessary to overclock.Motherboard Acer RS780HVF (AM2)
As far as overclocking the onboard HD 3200, there wouldn't be enough of a difference even if you did. As far as settings go for the onboard video, if Acer hasn't locked out most of them you should have something like this in the bios for it,
That is from the manual for my motherboard that has the exact same 780G chipset with the HD 3200 onboard (which I only use when connecting to my TV). Pretty sure in the case of yours that if the option "GFX Engine Clock Override" is present, they will have locked it to no more than the default clock of the HD 3200 (either 450 or 500 MHz I believe).
All things considering unless you plan replacing the motherboard with one that isn't from Acer (same applies to any other computer from Dell, HP, etc) with one that actually has all the necessary options, then best advise is to forget about overclocking.
