New case thoughts and recommendations.

Just as a recomendation - Coolermaster HAF 932, its a huge case, fantastic for Cable Management and it has a very air flow to help keep the 5870 cool and its got plenty of room to house a w/c kit.

Might even be cheaper than the two choices above. not sure about the latter HAF-X

I really like SFF cases. Have you given any thought to Lan-Gear? I really like the quality of those cases. And they allow for freakishly long GPU's like you are considering.

As for the ones you mentioned, the 1200 is huge and really heavy. I own one, and don't use it. I switched to the Lan-Gear. I like the Antec 902 since it's a smaller version of the 1200.

Also, I really like thermaltake and silverstone. They make some nice cases that aren't all weird looking.

I had seen this, Armour A90, whilst not as big as the other cases, it looks really nice imo and is a lot cheaper. I may have to look up some reviews on this one.

Your best bet would be to shop around, you may even get better deals on other bits if nessecary.

Try places like Amazon.co.uk, ebay.co.uk or overclockers.co.uk.

I'm using the COOLER MASTER HAF 932 RC-932-KKN1-GP.

A bit big but room for everything.

Cooler Master also just came out with the HAF 912.
Similar to the 932 layout but shorter. Will take the full size video cards.
The HAF 912 is about $80USD instead of $130-150USD for the HAF 932.

If they would have had the 912 out about a month ago I would have probably bought it instead of the 932.

This might be out of your price range, but I really like the Corsair 600T. It's got room for full size video cards...as you can see from their website...but the case is not monstrously large like some of these other cases.

Stunning, What a beautiful case the Corsair has my vote!

I really love my case. It's a Cooler Master ATCs 840 : ATCS 840 - Cooler Master

The one shown is brushed aluminium, mines the same only black. It is a very big case and a dream to use for a build. The whole motherboard tray slides out on roller bearings so you can mount the chip etc on a horizontal surface and then put it back in. Mounting a HSF and GPU is equally easy and cable management is a dream.
The case is all aluminium and beautifully engineered. The only plastics are the hard drive tray clip-ons.
This is a very serene looking case, no flashing lights or wide open mesh grills. Even the front intake has a solid alloy shield. I think it looks a bit like the monolith from 2001.
I could go on and on but I recommend it highly so check it out or better still see one in the flesh.
I've had mine over 6 months and I still admire it when I'm sat in front of my pc.
