Firstly, sorry but I have to say, I told you so. $20 to ship Internationally for 30kg worth of things in 2-5 days never seemed possible to me.
Secondly, I've looked into a number of shops, both online and stores, and it actually seems that it's cheaper to just get things in store. In terms of Australian online PC shopping, your only option is really PCCaseGear. However, their shipping would still cost $100, enough to get an SSD.
So it's better to just buy parts from local stores. Generally, their prices are just as good as PCCaseGear. Check out MSY, PLE, Netplus and Austin Computers, all of which are located in Perth and have very good value parts. You can check their online stores for the prices instore as well and you can also check stock.
