    Been a long weekend

Alright so long story short I have been having a problem with my SSD and my PC not booting so I'm my troubles I took the PC all apart again.

Every so often I would get frustrated since the PC wasn’t working I needed to take a break and to do that I did a few minor mods to my case.

So first off my case (CM Storm Scout) came with some CM fans I didn’t think were as good as the two Rosewill fans I bought so I decided to swap them.

Once I got the fans swapped out I realized I didn’t like how the front IO wiring was done from factory so I decided to take the case apart and fix it.

While taking the case apart I realized there was rust in the handle and I was a bit ticked like WTF they paint the entire case in this matte black except for one part and allow it to rust.

So what did I do? I took it off cleaned it up a little and did a really crappy job at painting it. (you can't see it… I know I'm now contradicting myself)

Now back to the wires now that I have the case apart I'm thinking "How am I going to do this?" because I was cheap and didn’t feel like getting any sleeving or heat shrink I figured I would braid the 4 wires I had in mind together.

After I got done braiding the wires together I looked at my case and looked at my fans and I said "humm I wonder if I can fit that there?" (At that moment the fiancée said omg and walked out of the room)

So I have 3 120mm fans and 2 140mm fans and before I made any changes I had 1 140mm intake on the front 1 120mm exhaust on the back 1 140mm exhaust on top and 2 120mm intake on the side then I changed it and had a 140mm fan left over I didn’t have room for since I put a 120 in its spot.

So like I said I looked at the case and the fan and wondered to myself and guess what it worked.

Then I decided to do one more thing. I noticed the case had a filter under the PSU if the intake for the filter was on the bottom which I didn’t use so I pulled it off trimmed it up a tad and made a filter for the side fan.

Doesn't fit perfectly but its better then it was.

Now that I have the case mods done I put the computer back together here is an airflow chart and a few finished pictures.
