    Ok I'll Do that. But What Do You think Is the best windows Operating systyem to plays games on that won't give you problems like when i play certain games then it plays Stuck stuck

    That game is a TERRIBLE console port. It is one of the few games where I actually recommend the console version over the PC version. With a dual-core processor I can't imagine you getting more than 10 FPS.
