    Another build

Have completed (except for some experimenting) a i5 2500 on a Gigabytye H67A-UD3H-B3 mobo.

Now I found the whole experience ADDICTIVE and would like to do another only with a AMD setup.

Have asked around and had no replies so can anyone suggest an AMD build comparable to what I did.

Just an everyday machine no gaming as such or O'C. Main things I want to know is the CPU and mobo specs I would need -the rest I can pick out except for some advice on a GPU (not too expensive).

Notice the chat re Bulldozer - worth waiting for and again the mobo that it would need.

I did this AMD x6 1100T CPU back in Jan.

It turned out real nice, so I am just getting the parts together to build a Twin to it shortly.

That build looks real nice only I think I'll stick to my Coolermaster Centurion II - oh boy such a fabulous case for venting, and neat like I'm a bit old fashioned as you may have guessed.

Thanks to both of you fellows will send some pics when I get a minute - all three machines running at the moment and the old fella is trying to keep up!! lol!!

Yep, although many cannot order from Newegg, it's a great reference site.

It's hard to say if it's worth waiting for without any solid info, but since you don't have a pressing need for a new rig (aside from scratching an itch ) - I'd wait.

Then again who knows when exactly it will be available. It depends how long you can hold off that itch.
