If you want to reserve the ability to OC in the future, the 2500K chip is only $15 more than the 2500 chip. If you think you may want to SLI or crossfire in the future look at the Asus Sabertooth or the Asus P8P67 Deluxe. Both boards have good ratings and you preserve the ability do do what you may want to do in the future.

    OK.

So, after discussing with my bro on Skype last night, we decided to go with...
    Newegg.ca - GIGABYTE GA-H67A-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
    and
    Newegg.ca - CORSAIR XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory Model CMX8GX3M2A1333C9

So, no overclocking and SLI in the future. We don't want that.
    That's about it, I guess.

The Corsair ram you chose was confusing me for a second till I realized you are linked to the Canadian site.
Same ram with 2 different prices and shipping costs.
