    New build

    Hello all,
My current PC is most probably motherboard-dead, so it is time to get a new one most likely.
I am aiming for 1000€, no more than 300 over that limit. Silence and cooling is a MUST. I am tired of overheated mobos and GPUs. I want to be able to play games without having to check temps every 5 seconds.
I am opting for choosing the compenents and having the store put them together.
The website is spanish, if you dont understand I can translate here or have google translate translate the page for you
PLEASE, no TDR or stability errors. Ive seen enough of those.
    Here is my current selection:
    Presupuesto a medida. PcComponentes.com

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

That looks like a good build to me. That is a really nice case.

That H70 is very cool (pun intended). If you are planning on overclocking your CPU that is a nice hybrid solution. But if you do not plan on CPU overclocking you might put that purchase off and just get the additional optional fans for the case instead.

Keeping the inside of the case cool and flowing is the key to intensive graphics use.

That looks like a great build. You will like the MB. I debated between it and the extreme4 and ended up with the extreme4. It is solid as arock. Great case too. The only thing I see missing is an SSD. You'll like the machine and enjoy it. Good Luck.

Great! I plan on purchasing an ssd when they get a bit cheaper and run my os off it.
Any suggestions on cutting maybe 100€?
    Maybe a GTX 470?
Is the RAM brand Exceleram any good?
Thanks to everyone for their input.

I've never heard of that brand of ram. I use G Skill Ripjaws X serise DDR3-1866. It was specially designed for the SB. It also gets 7.9 on wei.

The graphics card is up to you and what you will use it for. You can get a SAPPHIRE 100297L Radeon HD 5830 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 in the US for about 110.00. It gets good reviews. or try a PowerColor AX6870 1GBD5-M2DH Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 for 198.00 US. The 6870 gets very good reviews. I will probably get one of the 2. They use less power and create less heat than Nividia. Just some suggestions.

I'm interested in Nvidia because i want to use 3d in the future. I going to see what the budget looks like with the g.skill ream. Any issues with regards to ram compatibility?
Thanks to everyone for their input!

I had no issues at all. just go to the OC tab select load XML, set to auto, in the dropdown list for frequency, select 1866. save and exit. It runs perfect at the rated voltage and timings.

I put 1300 instead of 1866. Is there much of a diff?

It should work OK with 1333. I don't know if it will make much of a difference or not. I have just always preferred faster ram.
