    Ok i will have a look at it to see what i can sort out. if i alter any of the setting does it save to the auto overclock option? (what i mean is if i change stuff and it goes wrong, i can reset it back to normal right? ive never manually OC'd before so im kinda new to it)

    Most all bios menu's have a default option to restore back to original default settings. Also before booting from the bios menu after making any changes or not you are asked if you want to save changes.

    I would save a default profile (with any base changes you make) in the BIOS, then save another one with the working overclocking settings, then use a third to make more changes to get it working fully.

    Your BIOS may not support that, so you might want to write the settings down or keep track somehow.

I was trying to enable turbo on my bios, mobo is asrock extreme 3 gen 3, in the oc section of the bios and it shot the clock speed up to over 4.4GHz which then put my temps way too high. I don't see where in the bios you can turn down the boost multiplier. Without it enabled even Intel ETU its all...
